Keeping on Keeping Warm!

This family is tired of being held hostage by the bad weather!

For B's birthday we ventured out to North Head to see what we could see...  Nope, No whales (I think its just too cold, they skipped right past us this year!) or anything other than the crummy weather!  Oh, well we enjoyed our lunch at Manly Grill as always and ended the day with way too much ice cream!

I must admit I am a bit over the enormous amount of rain we have gotten as of late!  Now, today the winds are bringing air from the middle of Antarctic!!!  Winter in Sydney is well and truly here!  BRRRR!!!!


To all my friends, (you know who you are) counting down the days left to school holidays ....
Don't spend all your time scooping up the clearance items at Gap, Banana Republic, and (Real) Target!   Get out there and enjoy the weather!  Go out on the lake, BBQ, swim and love up the sun!  The winter winds and rain are relentless, and I am sure it will come again.

Our wall leaks in our new apartment - (all this rain has taken its toll!) the builder couldn't figure out where the leak was, so they had to cut a hole in the ceiling to see what they could see.  They finally discovered the leak and will repair it sometime later.  Yep, that's how these Australians operate.
