I experienced a spectrum of emotions....
After dropping the kids off at their respective holiday camps (excitement), I headed to the grocery store for the necessities.
I exclusively shop at the Balgowlah Stockland. It is truly my one stop shop....For me, it is a bit like a Super Target...Each week, I look forward to and enjoy my trips to Stockland.
Today, however, I went back to the Old Woolworths on Yeo St in Neutral Bay, why?
Pure convenience.
It was on my way home.
Upon, walking in I immediately experienced regret. I thought, "what am I doing here? I should leave and go to my place." I didn't, because I couldn't be bothered.
I put up with my mild annoyances with the shop, however, it was the sideways shopping trolley that really pushed me over the edge. If it hadn't been for the fact that my family had zero food in the fridge, I would have abandoned my trolley in the middle of aisle 3!

I was so enraged, by the sideways shopping trolley (which literally can only be controlled in a sideways motion, hunched over like an old grandma) I could hardly remember what I was there for in the first place. By the time I reached my car, I was miserable, exhausted, hot (from working every muscle in my body to push the cart) and now in a very bad mood.
AND it was only 11am!
I needed to relax! So, I rang up my favorite spot to relax, The Beauty Room which promises to" make you look and feel great"! I got in because of a cancelation and had the most relaxing hour ever! Not once, did I think of the sideways grocery cart or the items I forgot at the store!
It was heavenly!
Cheers! To another upside down day, Down Under!

Love this! Sadly we have those sideways carts here too.
