Over all...... Everyone is enjoying the new digs...
It is modern, new and beautiful!
I love having the laundry by the kitchen, only if the bedrooms were up here too.
The dishwasher is out of this world COOL!!! The kitchen is a ONE person (woman) working area, but its light, bright and the cabinets are plentiful - fair trade!
I admit, we miss the convenient beach parking of our old joint during Nippers season.....
BUT the list of things we DO NOT miss is so MUCH longer!
