I aspire to be a great blogger!
Somewhere in between laundry, school pick up, meals, playdates, swim lessons, squad training, drama, church activities and sleeping....I find that new posts rattle around in my mind - until... well they are more old news than new. Being this is a new year...perhaps change is in the air!
In the last month, we moved house - not far just 2 roads over. Many reasons, but it was just time for a change. There are many kinks that need to get ironed out with our new joint, but we are enjoying the advantages...Just to list a few... We are the first ones to live here, garage parking for 2 cars, proper air conditioning and a garden for the kids dog. We adopted Maddie from a rescue agency, she is a 4 yr old Shi Tzu who fits in well with our little family....We all realized how much we miss Sofie (who has spent her winter - traveling the lower half of the USA in a camper van)...
Everyone is back to school - activities are full on and summer is coming to a screaming halt! It won't be long and we will swap our flip flops for our wool clothing.
Looking forward to spending a bit more time here and not with the laundry - I have realized, one thing you can always count on....the laundry waiting for you!
