Gram, Juli, PaPa and Sofie are all back in Michigan. It just is NOT the same around here without our Sofers! I was telling Charlie today that it is so quiet around here without her! :) WE already miss her and it hasn't even been a WHOLE day yet. Juli said that Sof did okay on the plane ride, but was still shaking and upset by the whole ordeal. Which further confirmed that it would have been traumatic for her to ride in the cargo hold of the airplane 10,000 miles across the Pacific.
The movers are coming on December 18th to start packing the house, they will load on the 20th and finish up our air shipments on the 21st. That means we have 2 weeks from today to get everything sorted out! YIKES!!!
We will stay between Kristi and Mitch's and the hotel until we leave on the 28th for LA and Sydney on the 29th. I got a GIGANTIC dumpster from the trash company and have been cleaning the JUNK out of our lives! It is amazing how much junk we accumulate over time! In fact, I am staring at a pile of papers that are calling my name as we speak! Better sign off for now.
